If you have been told you have diabetes, this site is for you.

It will help you understand the basics of diabetes and what steps you can take to manage it. Diabetes is a serious disease that affects 30 thousand Vermonters. It happens when the body is no longer able to control its blood sugar levels. The good news is that if you follow the instructions in this site and work with your health care provider, you will be better able to manage your blood sugar and stay healthy. It can be hard to stay with your program day after day and year after year. But the rewards are great. When you learn to get and keep your blood sugar under control, you will be able to live a full and active life! This site can help you.
